Ofer Prison Administration Denies Prisoners Knowledge of Fajr and Maghrib Prayer Times
SadaNews - The Palestinian Authority for Prisoners and Released Prisoners reported, through its lawyer, that the administration of "Ofer" prison refuses to inform detainees of the times for the Fajr and Maghrib prayers.
The authority indicated that this matter deprives detainees of fasting and breaking their fast during the month of Ramadan at the correct times.
