Israel Claims Arrest of ISIS Cell in Jericho
Translation by SadaNews - The so-called Israeli Border Police announced on Tuesday the arrest of a Palestinian cell from Jericho suspected of belonging to ISIS.
The Israeli police statement, as translated by SadaNews, indicated that the operation was carried out in collaboration with the Israeli army and the Shin Bet in recent days and resulted in the arrest of several suspects who were planning an attack.
It was noted that 3 suspects were arrested in one operation, and a fourth in another.
The Israeli military confirmed that the joint operation aimed to disrupt a series of operations in their planning stages.
Meanwhile, the Israeli army announced in a separate statement the arrest of an arms dealer from Ramallah.
