Martyrs Amid Ongoing Israeli Violations in Gaza and New Security Incident in Rafah
SadaNews - Two Palestinians were martyred early Friday following an Israeli airstrike that targeted a group of citizens in the al-Maghazi refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.
According to local sources, an Israeli reconnaissance drone struck a group of citizens in the center of the camp, resulting in the death of two and injuring several others, who were transported to al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.
Hebrew Channel 12 reported on Friday morning that the Israeli army assassinated a number of resistance fighters after they emerged from one of the tunnels in Rafah, while pursuing others who were with them.
Local sources indicated that explosions were heard in Rafah due to airstrikes, amid intense overflights by warplanes and helicopters firing in the western part of the city.
Prior to this, a young man was martyred in an attack that targeted a group of citizens in the al-Maghazi camp on Thursday evening.
Thus, the total number of martyrs in the past 24 hours has risen to five, following the martyrdom of two yesterday in Khan Younis.
Throughout the early hours of Friday, air and artillery bombardment and demolitions continued on both sides of the yellow line.
