Netanyahu Announces Rejection of Gaza Sector Administration Committee
SadaNews Translation - The Office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced its rejection of the committee responsible for administering the Gaza Strip.
The office stated, according to SadaNews translation, that the announcement of the formation of the Gaza Sector Administration Committee, affiliated with the Peace Conference, was not coordinated with Israel and conflicts with its policy.
It added that Netanyahu has instructed the Israeli Foreign Minister to raise this issue with the American Secretary of State.
According to Kan Hebrew Channel, Netanyahu's office currently refuses to clarify the reasons for Netanyahu's opposition to the structure of the Gaza administrative council. It added, "Netanyahu blames Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar, even though he and his office were in coordination with Trump regarding this announcement."
