Washington and Caracas Execute Joint Operation to Return Oil Tanker to Venezuelan Waters
SadaNews - The Venezuelan Ministry of Oil and the state-run oil company "PDVSA" stated in a joint statement late Friday to Saturday that the United States and Venezuela executed a joint operation to return the oil tanker Minerva to Venezuelan waters.
The ship had sailed "without paying any fees or obtaining permission from the Venezuelan authorities," according to the statement.
