Netanyahu Warns Iran Against Attacking Israel and Sends a Message to Erdogan

SadaNews Translation - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed this evening, Monday, that Israel is making all necessary preparations to respond to any operations it may be subjected to, in a very sharp manner.

This came during a joint press conference with the leaders of Greece and Cyprus.

Netanyahu pointed out, as translated by SadaNews, the military training maneuvers conducted by Iran, emphasizing that Israel is monitoring all of this and making the required preparations.

He claimed that Israel does not seek confrontation with any party but aims for stability; however, he stressed that it is committed to protecting its interests as well as the freedom of maritime navigation.

He noted that he will meet with U.S. President Donald Trump to discuss the Iranian issue, in addition to focusing on the Gaza Agreement and the situation in Lebanon.

Netanyahu sent a message to Erdogan saying: "Those who hope to expand their empire, we tell them to forget about it."

He added: "We are committed and capable of protecting ourselves, and our cooperation enhances this capability."
