Trump prohibits entry to holders of documents issued by the Palestinian Authority into the United States
SadaNews - U.S. President Donald Trump decided on Tuesday evening to prohibit entry to holders of travel documents issued by the Palestinian Authority into the United States.
Trump signed a presidential decree expanding the travel ban to include new countries.
According to the White House, the decree formalizes the travel ban on citizens of the 12 countries previously affected by a travel ban issued last June.
The decision imposes complete restrictions on the entry of nationals from 5 new countries: Syria, South Sudan, Burkina Faso, Mali, and Niger.
It also imposes complete restrictions on the entry of nationals from Laos and Sierra Leone, which were previously subjected to partial restrictions.
The decree adds partial restrictions on the entry of nationals from 15 countries, including Mauritania, Nigeria, Côte d'Ivoire, and Gabon.
