Sheikh Discusses with Blair Latest Developments Related to the Next Phase Following the UN Security Council Decision
SadaNews - The Palestinian Authority's Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Hussein Sheikh, discussed in his office in Ramallah with Tony Blair and a representative from the U.S. government, the latest developments related to the next phase following the UN Security Council decision, in addition to addressing issues related to the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, and the basic requirements for achieving the right to self-determination and statehood.
Sheikh appreciated the efforts of President Trump and all mediators and partners including Egypt, Qatar, Turkey, the United States, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Pakistan, and partners from the European Union and its member states in stabilizing the ceasefire, facilitating the delivery of humanitarian aid, reconstruction, and working towards peace, security, and stability.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency the Head of the General Intelligence Service, Major General Majid Farraj, His Excellency the President's Diplomatic Advisor Dr. Majdi Khalidi, and the Presidential Spokesman Mr. Nabil Abu Rudeineh.
