Trump Confirms That the United States Will Conduct Tests on Nuclear Weapons
SadaNews - President Donald Trump stated that the United States will conduct tests on nuclear weapons like other countries, but he refused to disclose whether the plans include the detonation of a nuclear warhead.
Trump added to reporters aboard Air Force One while heading to Florida for the weekend: "I don't want to tell you that, but we will conduct nuclear tests like other countries."
Last month, Trump ordered the U.S. military to immediately resume nuclear weapons testing after a 33-year hiatus, announcing it unexpectedly on his platform "Truth Social" while en route on a helicopter to meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping for a trade negotiation session in Busan, South Korea.
