A Delegation from "Hamas" Discusses the Developments of the Gaza Agreement with Turkish Intelligence
SadaNews - A leadership delegation from Hamas is discussing with the head of Turkish intelligence the developments in the implementation of the Gaza ceasefire agreement.
The delegation, headed by Khalil al-Hayya, met with the head of the Turkish intelligence agency, Ibrahim Kalin, in Istanbul.
The meeting discussed the latest political developments and the Israeli violations of the Gaza ceasefire agreement, including the continued bombing and shooting in areas controlled by the occupying forces, the closure of crossings including the Rafah crossing, and the obstruction of entering aid and medical supplies, among others.
Al-Hayya commended Turkey's role in reaching the ceasefire agreement, emphasizing the importance of Ankara's continued support for the Palestinian people in confronting the occupation in all occupied Palestinian territories, especially Gaza.
He also briefed the Turkish minister on the recent meetings of Palestinian factions in Cairo, which reinforced the commitment to proceed with the ceasefire agreement, including the withdrawal of occupying forces from the Gaza Strip, the opening of all crossings, entering a phase of early recovery, starting a comprehensive reconstruction process, and handing over the administration of Gaza to a Palestinian committee of independents.
Al-Hayya stressed the necessity of urging mediators and all relevant international parties to put a stop to the horrific Israeli violations against Palestinian prisoners in the occupation's prisons.
