Mustafa Discusses Latest Developments with Saudi Foreign Minister
SadaNews: Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Mustafa met today, Tuesday, in the Saudi capital Riyadh, with the Saudi Foreign Minister, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan. They discussed the latest political developments and coordinating common positions, and he briefed him on the developments in Palestine, in the presence of the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy Abdul Razak Natsheh and the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mazen Ghneim.
The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of intensifying international efforts for a sustainable end to the war and not allowing its return to the Gaza Strip, and the need to introduce humanitarian and relief assistance to meet urgent needs, in preparation for recovery and reconstruction in the Gaza Strip, and ending the Israeli occupation of the area, as well as the unification of institutions between the West Bank and Gaza Strip under one authority, one government, and one weapon.
Mustafa appreciated the supportive position of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia towards our people on all levels.
In this regard, both parties stressed the importance of continuing global coalition movements to implement the two-state solution, which recently held a high-level meeting in Riyadh to follow up on practical steps to implement the New York Declaration, with the aim of ending the occupation and realizing the Palestinian state, and ensuring that the Palestinian people obtain their legitimate rights to freedom and independence.
On his part, the Saudi Foreign Minister reaffirmed his country's steadfast position supporting the Palestinian people's right to freedom and ending the occupation, and realizing their independent state.
