
The Launch of the Third "Benaamrah" Festival in Tulkarem Supported by the Palestinian Private Sector
SadaNews - With enthusiastic activities and a festive atmosphere, the third edition of the "Benaamrah" festival kicked off at Palestine Technical University - Khodori in Tulkarem city.. which supports around 80 Palestinian companies and projects.. under the main sponsorship of the Arab Bank, and a strategic partnership with the National Bank and Jawwal.
Oredoo Company was also present as a diamond sponsor at the festival, which has become a platform bringing together young entrepreneurs and innovators, acting as a mediator between the producer and the consumer.
The Public Relations Manager at the National Bank, Reem Anani, confirmed to SadaNews that "the strategic support from the National Bank for the festival comes as a message of support, resilience, and hope for Tulkarem city, which has suffered greatly due to the recent war, in support of the Palestinian national product and revitalizing the commercial movement in the city".
For his part, Ali Awad, a member of the Tulkarem Chamber of Commerce and Industry, told SadaNews: "This festival is a 'Palestinian economic wedding' that has proven its success and the public's eagerness to attend since the early hours of its launch", expressing his best wishes for success for all participants and attendees.
Meanwhile, Khodori University student Younes Yassin remarked: "The festival is wonderful and very important, as it comes at an extraordinary time and circumstances".
The festival received significant appreciation from participants and attendees as it supports the Palestinian national economy in the city, following the heavy losses it has sustained due to the current political situation.
Wad Summer, the administrative director of the "San Maurice" hall, stated in an interview with SadaNews, that "the festival is extremely important right now, given the suffering of project owners and their accumulated losses due to the ongoing aggression against the city", emphasizing that the festival also provides a glimmer of hope and a social gathering opportunity for the entire Palestinian community, along with financial benefits.
Amir Abu Zaher, the deputy manager of the "Dalma" factory, stressed the importance of supporting the "Benaamrah" festival for national industries and Palestinian companies that are facing tough challenges, helping them in promoting and marketing their projects.
Moreover, Khodori University student Marah Ktana expressed her regained hope in this festival after the difficult conditions faced by the citizens of the city, adding: "It is important for producers and project owners to meet consumers in one place so that the former can market their products directly to a larger segment of the community".
The "Benaamrah" festival is the largest in Palestine, held over an area of 7,000 square meters, spanning four days, starting yesterday, Monday, and ending on Thursday.. not to mention providing job opportunities for more than three thousand workers who participated in its preparation.
