Hamas: We Will Hand Over the Remains of Israeli Detainees in Gaza Today
SadaNews - Hamas announced that it will hand over the remains of two detainees later on Saturday as part of the implementation of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip.
In a statement via Telegram, it stated that "it will deliver the remains of two Israeli prisoners that were recovered today in the Gaza Strip at ten o'clock in the evening Gaza time."
The brigades clarified that the handover is part of the humanitarian arrangements and partial agreements that include the exchange of remains and detainees between the two sides.
Meanwhile, the Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is considering changing the withdrawal lines due to Hamas's delay in delivering the remains of the detainees.
Israeli media reported on Saturday evening that estimates from the Israeli army indicate that Hamas is aware of the location of at least eight remains of detainees in its possession in the Gaza Strip and that it can return them immediately.
