SadaNews - Media reports have indicated that U.S. President Donald Trump informed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, during their meeting on Friday at the White House, that the United States does not intend to supply Ukraine with "Tomahawk" missiles at this time.
According to Axios, citing informed sources, Trump said during the bilateral lunch that he was unsure whether the possibility of supplying Ukraine with "Tomahawk" missiles had encouraged Russian President Vladimir Putin to engage in new talks, but he noted that Putin seems focused on reaching a peace agreement.
The site clarified that Zelensky "pressed hard" for the missiles, but Trump rejected the request and showed "inflexibility," emphasizing that he does not plan to supply Kyiv with "Tomahawk" missiles at the moment.
