Despite Announcing a Reduction in Military Operations.. Continuous Shelling in Various Areas of the Gaza Strip
SadaNews - The Israeli occupation army continued its intense bombardment today, Monday, on various areas of the Gaza Strip, resulting in several injuries and severe damage to property, including the complete destruction of Al-Azhar University in Gaza City, despite the occupation's announcement to reduce its military operations following an order from U.S. President Donald Trump.
Local sources reported that occupation aircraft targeted the tents of displaced individuals east of Asda City, north of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, resulting in injuries to several citizens.
The occupation's artillery also shelled from its vehicles stationed east of Wadi Gaza, targeting gatherings of citizens waiting for humanitarian aid, causing several injuries.
In Gaza City, the occupation's warplanes launched consecutive raids on the neighborhoods of Al-Sabra, Al-Jalaa, and Al-Thalathini, targeting residential buildings belonging to the Al-Louh and Abu Shaban families around the Al-Tayran intersection, leading to injuries among citizens and extensive damage to the targeted buildings and neighboring homes.
Additionally, the occupation aircraft targeted the Al-Maghazi camp in the middle of the Gaza Strip, resulting in injuries and damage to the homes of citizens.
This coincided with heavy shelling that targeted Al-Azhar University in Gaza City, which led to its complete destruction, as part of the ongoing aggression against the infrastructure and civilian facilities in the Strip.
