Trump Signs Executive Order to Change the Name of the Department of Defense to "Department of War"
SadaNews - The White House announced on Thursday that President Donald Trump will sign an executive order on Friday changing the name of the Department of Defense to "Department of War," fulfilling a recently made promise.
The U.S. presidency stated, according to the French press agency, that the executive order aims to "restore the historic name of the Department of War" and orders the Secretary to take all necessary actions to "permanently change the name of the U.S. Department of Defense to the Department of War."
