Netanyahu: We Have Approached the Decisive Stage in Gaza

This was announced in a video message directed to the reserve soldiers who were called up for the military operation in the city of Gaza.

He addressed them saying: "I know that you have paid a heavy price, but we are engaged in a fierce and just war like no other."

He added, as translated by SadaNews: "We are working to defeat Hamas, but along the way we have made miracles together because we broke the Iranian axis, whether in Gaza, or in Lebanon with Hezbollah, or with the collapsing Assad regime, or with Iran itself that threatened us with existential threats, and we crushed it together, and now also with the Houthis.. but what started in Gaza must end in Gaza."

He continued: "Throughout the war we have made extremely difficult decisions, decisions that no one thought we could truly implement.. but we did so because you have given us the strength to drive the State of Israel towards a sweeping victory."

He concluded: "Now we are facing a critical phase, and we all trust you."
