"Ministry of Development" Announces Urgent Financial Assistance for Gaza Patients Residing in the West Bank
SadaNews - The Minister of Social Development, Samah Hamad, announced the disbursement of urgent financial payments that include rent allowances and basic expenses for patients from the Gaza Strip residing in the West Bank, along with their families and companions, aiming to alleviate the burdens on them.
During her meeting with the patients at the ministry's headquarters in Ramallah, Hamad discussed their needs and circumstances, affirming her commitment to alleviating their suffering.
She called on institutions and partners from the private and civil sectors to provide urgent support, through securing rental places and covering essential expenses, given their difficult living and health conditions.
Hamad clarified that the continuation of support and the facilitation of procedures require genuine partnerships and community solidarity, stressing that the ministry will continue to work with all partners to secure suitable accommodation, provide basic expenses, and ensure the continuation of social and humanitarian care for the patients.
