Netanyahu Rejects Vote on Partial Agreement and Affirms: "Dismantling Hamas is the Goal"
SadaNews: The newspaper "Israel Hayom" revealed that the Israeli cabinet held a lengthy session lasting about 6 hours, dedicated to presenting detailed war plans against the Gaza Strip.
During the discussions, National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir demanded a vote to reject any potential partial agreement, but Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded saying: "There is no need for such a vote, as a partial agreement is not on the table anyway," stressing that the main goal is "the dismantling of Hamas."
These statements come amid a continuous military escalation on the outskirts of Gaza City, with reports indicating that the Israeli occupation army has intensified its aerial and ground operations in preparation for a new phase of the war, including complete control over the Strip.
Netanyahu also indicated that Israel will not accept any settlement that does not guarantee the elimination of security threats from Gaza, affirming that "defeating Hamas is a prerequisite for the liberation of hostages and ensuring the security of Israel."
