Brazilian 'Estefao' Joins the London Team
SadaNews - Chelsea Football Club has officially announced the signing of young Brazilian Estefao to their London team.
Estefao joined Chelsea last summer from Brazilian club Palmeiras for around £29 million, along with potential bonuses.
He spent last season on loan at Palmeiras before joining Chelsea.
The 18-year-old striker, nicknamed 'Misinyo', played against Chelsea while at Palmeiras in the quarter-finals of the FIFA Club World Cup, a tournament that Chelsea ultimately won.
Estefao stated on Chelsea’s official website, "I am very happy; it is a great honor to represent one of the biggest clubs in the world, and I hope to help the team in the best way possible."
