The Israeli Army Reveals Data Related to the War with Hezbollah

SadaNews Translation - The Northern Command of the Israeli Army claimed on Tuesday evening that it had detected 1,263 violations of the ceasefire agreement by the Lebanese Hezbollah.

According to what the Israeli army published, as translated by SadaNews, the air force immediately attacked 597 targets due to those violations, among which were rocket launch platforms, weapons depots, the elimination of personnel, in addition to 3 attacks in the southern suburbs of Beirut.

It stated that 666 violations were referred to the American mechanism, which transferred the information to the Lebanese army, which processed 456 of them, 71% of which were in southern Lebanon and 29% in the north, while Israel attacked the remaining 210 after a predetermined time limit.

An Israeli officer in the Northern Command said that Hezbollah was significantly affected during the war, as well as by the sites and power it had built over the years near the border or deep within Lebanon, even regarding its ability to produce weapons and command and control, or to launch attacks.

According to the Israeli officer, as translated by SadaNews, despite this, Hezbollah still fears a new Israeli attack, thus it has been trying recently to rebuild its infrastructure, mobilize its forces, and also attempt to smuggle missiles from Syria.

He claimed that Hezbollah had a real army of about 25,000 personnel, and during the war, it lost a third of its strength, with more than 4,000 personnel killed and 9,000 injured.

Before the last war, Hezbollah had tens of thousands of missile sites targeting Israel, and today it has only a few thousand, several hundred of which are long-range and can reach Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.

According to the Israeli army, before the war, Hezbollah could launch between 1,200 and 1,500 rockets daily, while today it is capable of launching only a few dozen.

The Northern Command of the Israeli army states that over 70% of Hezbollah's short-range rocket launch sites have been destroyed, as well as most of its strategic weapons, according to SadaNews's translation.

Regarding the Radwan force, the Israeli officer said that the elite unit of Hezbollah was supposed to infiltrate Israeli settlements upon receiving orders within the vision of "Opening the Galilee,” but it is currently incapable of doing so after hundreds of its members were killed or injured.

He noted that the Radwan force had about 6,000 personnel, and today its number ranges between 2,000 and 2,500, having no infrastructure at all near the Israeli settlements.

The officer stated: We are closely monitoring Hezbollah and intend to continue thwarting any attempts by the organization to raise its head.
