20 Martyrs and Injuries in Israeli Shelling of Several Areas in the Gaza Strip
SadaNews: Medical sources reported that at least 20 citizens were martyred and others injured due to Israeli shelling in several areas of the Gaza Strip since dawn today, Tuesday.
The sources indicated that the shelling caused widespread destruction of buildings and homes, amid ongoing efforts to recover victims and aid the wounded in the context of difficult humanitarian conditions and a severe shortage of medical and relief capabilities.
The sources pointed out that among the martyrs were 7 citizens shot by the occupation while waiting to receive aid in the center of the Gaza Strip.
A citizen was also martyred and others injured in shelling on the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood southeast of Gaza City, while another citizen was martyred in the Israeli shelling of the center of Khan Yunis.
The occupation army continued its aggression on the Gaza Strip, as it demolished an entire residential block in the town of Al-Qarara northeast of Khan Yunis, resulting in massive destruction and the displacement of more families.
In Gaza City, artillery shelling continues intensely, along with gunfire from occupation vehicles east of the city, while artillery fire targeted Al-Sikka Street in the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood.
An Israeli drone also launched an attack on a group of citizens near a aid distribution point on Al-Tina Street south of Khan Yunis, resulting in injuries among civilians who were waiting to receive aid amid the ongoing siege and worsening humanitarian crisis in the sector.
