Housing Bank Sponsors the Launch of the First Events of the "Educational Spaces" Program in Partnership with the Ideas Foundation and the Qutaiba Youssef Al-Ghanem Chair for Education at Birzeit University

SadaNews -  In confirmation of the importance of supporting the educational sector, the Housing Bank sponsored the first events of the "Educational Spaces" program, which is implemented in partnership between the Ideas Foundation for Educational and Cultural Development and the Qutaiba Youssef Al-Ghanem Chair for Education at Birzeit University, with the participation of a distinguished group of doctoral candidates from the first and second cohorts in the educational development program. This initiative aims to enhance academic dialogue and exchange experiences in the field of education.

This first meeting comes as part of activating the memorandum of understanding signed between the Ideas Foundation and the Qutaiba Youssef Al-Ghanem Chair for Education, which aims to enhance cooperation and partnership in the fields of educational development in Palestine, support educational research, empower students and youth, and build joint academic and community initiatives that contribute to the development of the educational process.

For his part, Osama Harzallah, the Regional Director of the Housing Bank, indicated that this sponsorship stems from the bank's belief in the importance of investing in higher education and supporting academic and research talents that contribute to building knowledge and enhancing sustainable development. He emphasized the bank's keenness to support quality educational initiatives that provide a stimulating environment for researchers and enable them to develop their skills and exchange experiences.

For his part, Awda Zahran, the General Director of the Ideas Foundation for Educational and Cultural Development, affirmed the importance of the strategic partnership with the Qutaiba Youssef Al-Ghanem Chair and Birzeit University, considering it a model of integration between academic work and community work, and a gateway to developing qualitative initiatives in the fields of education, educational research, and inclusive education, which contributes to building an educational system more capable of responding to current and future challenges. He thanked the Housing Bank for this support, emphasizing the importance of involving the private sector in such initiatives.

The launch of the "Educational Spaces" program embodies the vision of the partnership between the Ideas Foundation for Educational and Cultural Development and the Qutaiba Youssef Al-Ghanem Chair for Education / Birzeit University, aiming to build a knowledge platform for dialogue, debate, and educational development, and to promote scientific research and innovation in education, serving students, teachers, and researchers and contributing to the advancement of the Palestinian educational system.
