70 Martyrs in the West Bank Since the Beginning of the Year, Including 17 Children
SadaNews - The Palestinian Ministry of Health stated that with the martyrdom of child Rida Awad (15 years old) and young man Issa Awad (19 years old) by occupation forces' gunfire in Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, this morning, the number of martyrs in the West Bank has risen to 70 since the beginning of the year.
The Ministry of Health added: "The number of martyrs killed by the occupation army and settlers since the beginning of this year until this morning, Monday, has reached 70 martyrs, including 17 children, 5 women, and 2 elderly individuals."
Another citizen was injured in Beit Ummar by the occupation forces' gunfire and was transported by Palestinian medical teams to receive treatment at the hospital, where his condition was described as stable.
