Jerusalem Electricity Company Announces Temporary Suspension of Prepaid Charging Services
SadaNews Economy - The Jerusalem District Electricity Company announced on Saturday a temporary suspension of prepaid meter charging services.
It indicated that this suspension will take effect from 12:00 midnight on Sunday, June 22, 2026, until 4:00 AM on Monday, for the purpose of developing programs and systems and improving the quality of services provided.
It noted that this includes all external charging centers and points "agents", the mobile application, self-service kiosks, and the Esdad service window.
The company urged prepaid subscribers to top up their balances before the suspension time to avoid any service interruption during the update period.
