Hebrew Channels: Israel Prepares to Withdraw from Some Areas in Southern Lebanon and Trump May Prevent Military Action in Gaza

Sada News Translation - Hebrew channels focused, in their main broadcasts, this evening, Monday, on the situation in Lebanon, especially with the continuation of American pressures following the agreement of the Donald Trump administration with Iran.

According to Channel 12, as translated by Sada News, a new round of talks between Israel and Lebanon will begin tomorrow, Tuesday, amid significant expectations from all parties that it will be positive.

This round will last for three consecutive days, from Tuesday to Thursday, and will be part of meetings at both the political and military levels.

The channel reported an Israeli source stating, "We come with maps to define the test area in Lebanon, which will extend into a part of the area south of the Litani, south of the blue line, while the Israeli army will withdraw from there to facilitate the test, and forces of the Lebanese army will enter under the supervision of the U.S. army through American forces in the area."

He added: "We are coming with several options for the tests, and the Israeli army will choose a relatively cleared area, and the Lebanese representatives will present what they have."

Meanwhile, Channel 13, as translated by Sada News, revealed an official Israeli document showing that Trump restricts Israel not only in Lebanon but in all areas and on all fronts, and that the American constraints imposed on the Israeli army and government are increasing in various fields.

The document was issued by the political leadership and contains official directives to the Israeli army regarding what is permitted and what is prohibited in Lebanon. Under it, freedom of operation is allowed within the blue line for the purpose of thwarting direct threats, but work is prohibited in Beirut and Tyre.

A senior Israeli official told the channel, "The message we received in recent weeks from the Americans is clear; you had authorization to operate without restrictions, and that has come to an end."

It highlighted that the Chief of Staff of the Israeli army, Eyal Zamir, held an evening meeting today with senior Israeli military officials to discuss the Gaza Strip issue, focusing on strengthening Hamas.

It was noted that some suggested initiating military action in the sector to disarm Hamas, to varying degrees, according to the political leadership's assessment, but even at this meeting, there is concern that Trump may impede any serious move and agree to show flexibility towards Hamas regarding its disarmament.
