The Preparatory Committee for the Palestinian Products Exhibition Completes Final Arrangements for the Exhibition

SadaNews - The preparatory committee for the first Palestinian products exhibition has completed the final arrangements for the exhibition, which will be held in the city of Ramallah on February 8, 2026, at the Millennium Hotel. The committee emphasized the importance of the exhibition, which will highlight the most important national industries in the homeland’s provinces, contributing to the enhancement of the national economy in light of the circumstances and challenges the country is facing.

The meeting was attended by the chairman of the committee and general director of the Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Salah Hussein; the director of the Consumer Protection Association, Mr. Salah Heniyeh; the director of Marcom Company, Mr. Ahmad Jadallah; the director of Trade Promotion, Ms. Waseela Mahmoud; and the director of Public Relations and Media, Ms. Rasha Asi.

According to Abdul Ghani Al-‘Attari, president of the Industrial Agricultural Chamber of Commerce in Ramallah and Al-Bireh, this exhibition expresses the chamber's vision regarding the importance of supporting and encouraging Palestinian products, providing broader options for Palestinian traders from high-quality Palestinian products at reasonable prices, and showcasing the diversity of these products achieved at the exhibition. He pointed out the spirit of partnership between the chamber and the Palestinian Consumer Protection Association, in cooperation with the Governorate of Ramallah and Al-Bireh, the Ministry of Industry, and the Ministry of National Economy, with the participation of 45 Palestinian companies, expressing progress in Palestinian industry and a commercial desire for these products to be present in the markets.

The president of the Consumer Protection Association, Salah Heniyeh, stated that our goal at this stage is to enhance self-reliance and strengthen the resilience economy by supporting and encouraging Palestinian products and providing them in one location for consumers and traders to expand their choices and highlight the diversity of Palestinian products and their compliance with quality standards, providing genuine products that achieve the goal of replacing imports with Palestinian products.

Heniyeh praised the cooperation and partnership of Palestinian companies in the food, chemical, plastic, construction, and agricultural sectors that responded to the invitation to participate as we approach the blessed month of Ramadan, ready to present offers at the exhibition and conclude deals with traders, which requires wide attendance to benefit from those offers and the available variety.

To enhance electronic payment, an agreement was made with the companies to provide electronic payment options at the exhibition to facilitate participation and promote the goal of reducing cash transactions.

The preparatory committee has been working on completing the preparations for the exhibition, launching the media and promotional campaign, and finalizing the list of sponsors, which includes the Bank of Palestine, Al Baraka Insurance Company, Halawet Al Hilal Company, Al-Bateel Company, and Abdeen Industrial Company.
