SadaNews: Arkan Real Estate Company recorded a significant increase in profits for the first half of 2025 amounting to 14.4 million dollars, compared to 9.2 million dollars for the first half of 2024, with a growth rate of 56%.
The stock is trading below its book value, with the book value per share at 3.47 dollars, while the market value of the share reached 1.76 dollars as of 31/08/2025.
The company's assets grew significantly, reaching a total of 508 million dollars at the end of the first half of 2025, representing a growth rate of 13% compared to the end of 2024.
Arkan Real Estate Company has a strong base of income-generating investment assets and cash flows, enhancing its ability to achieve sustainable future profits. Investment assets in financial instruments constitute nearly 56% of its total assets. Additionally, Arkan's strong financial position is supported by its low level of debt, which reduces financial risks and enhances its financial stability, contributing to the company's value growth.
The average return per share at the end of the first half of 2025 amounted to 11.4 cents per share, a significant return that enhances the fair value of the stock. Arkan Real Estate was able to achieve positive net cash flows from operating activities, consistent with recent financial studies indicating that institutions generating positive operating cash flows can significantly achieve future profits and sustainable growth.
