Palestine Bank Launches "Digital Campaign to Alleviate University Education Burdens".. How Will Students Benefit?

Report by SadaNews: At the start of each academic year, thousands of Palestinian students and their families live in a state of anticipation and anxiety, as the university registration season coincides with worsening economic challenges, especially the university tuition fees that have become a heavy burden on many families. Given the limited resources and income, many students find themselves facing tough choices that may affect their educational journey and professional future. In a strategic move aimed at alleviating these burdens, Palestine Bank announced the launch of a national campaign under the slogan "60 University Installments on Us", targeting Palestinian university students and offering them chances to win by paying their tuition fees through Palestine Bank cards using modern electronic means from their locations without the need to visit bank branches.

Palestine Bank's initiative comes as a ray of hope and tangible support for students, aiming to alleviate financial burdens and encourage the use of modern digital means in paying university fees. The campaign provides students with the opportunity to enter a weekly draw for 15 prizes covering the amount of the paid installment up to 500 US dollars or its equivalent in shekels or dinars, when using one of the bank’s electronic payment channels, such as the "Banki" app via the e-saddad platform, or payment through Point of Sale (POS) devices, or the university's electronic payment portal.

The campaign includes all Palestinian universities that utilize these channels, and runs from August 18, 2025, to September 18, 2025, with the drawing for 60 prizes occurring over four weeks, with the names of the winners announced via the bank's social media platforms.

It is noteworthy that the campaign includes all university fee payments made using one of the three currencies adopted in Palestine: the shekel, the dollar, or the dinar, with the prize amount fully covering the paid installment, up to 500 US dollars.

Through this initiative, Palestine Bank reaffirms its commitment to supporting higher education and providing innovative digital solutions that facilitate students' lives, while enhancing the culture of digital transformation in Palestinian society, keeping pace with global developments in the banking and educational fields.
