Sweden Calls on Europe to Freeze Trade Partnership with Israel
SadaNews - Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson called on the European Union today, Thursday, to freeze the trade partnership agreement with Israel.
He stated in a post on the "X" platform that the situation in Gaza is extremely horrific, and Israel is not fulfilling its basic obligations and the agreements made regarding emergency aid.
He added that Sweden thus demands that the European Union freeze the trade portion of the partnership agreement as soon as possible and increase economic pressure on Israel.
He continued that the Israeli government must allow humanitarian aid to enter Gaza without obstacles.
