20% of NASA Employees to Depart as Part of Restructuring Plan
SadaNews Economy - The U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) announced on Saturday that approximately 20 percent of its employees will leave their positions as part of a plan to restructure the agency and enhance its operational efficiency.
According to a report from Reuters, a NASA spokesperson stated that the number of employees expected to leave the agency is around 3,870, noting that this figure may change in the coming days and weeks.
The spokesperson added that the number of remaining employees in the agency will be about 14,000.
