SadaNews - More than 60,000 citizens performed the Friday prayer today at the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, despite the Israeli occupation measures.
The Islamic Waqf Department in Jerusalem reported that over 60,000 worshippers performed the Friday prayer at Al-Aqsa, as tens of thousands of our people flocked to its precincts since early morning, despite the restrictions and intensifications of the Israeli occupation, and its measures at the gates of the mosque and in the vicinity of the Old City.
It is noteworthy that the occupation has been preventing citizens from the West Bank and Gaza from accessing Al-Aqsa Mosque to perform prayers for the past three years.
