Serious Injury to Worker in Workplace Accident in Golan
SadaNews - A 44-year-old worker sustained serious injuries described as critical in the chest area on Monday, following a workplace accident that occurred inside one of the factories near the town of Mas'adah in the Golan Heights.
A spokesperson for the "Magen David Adom" emergency services reported that an alert was received at the emergency center 101 at 11:23, regarding a worker's injury while he was on the job, prompting the immediate arrival of rescue and ambulance teams to the scene, where they began providing him with initial medical treatment.
The injured person was transported to "Ziv" Hospital in Safed in serious but stable condition, after receiving intensive care treatment inside the ambulance during the transfer process.
In detail, paramedic Ali Batihish explained that the worker was conscious when the medical teams arrived and suffered from a severe chest injury, noting that the team provided him with first aid at the accident site before transporting him to the hospital.
