SadaNews - A citizen was martyred and several others were injured on Saturday afternoon, May 9, 2026, due to an Israeli occupation drone targeting an electric bicycle in the Al-Falluja area, west of the Jabalia camp in northern Gaza.

This targeting comes amid the ongoing Israeli escalation in various areas of the Gaza Strip, which affects civilians and infrastructure, exacerbating the suffering of residents under difficult humanitarian conditions.

According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health in Gaza on Saturday, the number of martyrs since the ceasefire agreement has risen to 851, with 2,433 injuries, while the overall toll since October 7, 2023, has reached approximately 72,736 martyrs, along with 172,535 injuries.
