Video: Settlers Force Palestinians to Dig a Grave and Remove a Deceased Body

Translation by SadaNews - Israeli Army Radio revealed on Saturday that a group of settlers, under the protection of the Israeli army, forced Palestinians to remove the body of a Palestinian from a grave on the grounds that it was buried too close to the Sanur settlement in the northern West Bank.

According to the radio as translated by SadaNews, the burial had been previously coordinated with the Israeli army.

The Israeli army claimed in its comments on the issue that it condemned the incident, alleging that it confiscated tools used for digging the grave from the settlers.

According to investigations by the Israeli army, a group of settlers arrived at the grave site and attempted to dig it up, and when Palestinians arrived at the location, they asked them to remove the deceased and transfer the body to another location.

It turned out that the Israeli military force present at the site did not intervene while the body was transferred to a neighboring village following a verbal altercation between the Palestinians and the settlers.
