West Bank: Raids and Arrests.. Road Closures with Earth Mounds

SadaNews - Israeli occupation forces launched a large-scale campaign of raids and incursions in various areas of the West Bank on Thursday morning and dawn, accompanied by the arrest of several Palestinians who were taken for interrogation by the occupation's intelligence services.

During the operations, the forces raided dozens of homes, rummaged through their contents, and subjected the residents to field interrogations after mistreating them for hours. Clashes erupted in some areas while resisting the incursion forces, coinciding with road closures using earth mounds.

In Nablus, the occupation forces arrested the young man Thaer Anwar Helmi after raiding his home in the village of Tell southwest of the city. They also arrested the young man Ali Masimi from the Aseera Al-Jadida camp east of Nablus following the raid there. In the same area, the forces stormed the town of Qusra south of Nablus accompanied by a military bulldozer.

In occupied Jerusalem, the occupation forces raided the Shu'fat camp north of the city, while they stormed a house in the Balou’ area near the town of Al-Khader southwest of Bethlehem.

In Ramallah, the incursions included the village of Abu Qash and the town of Birzeit north of the city, in addition to raiding a residential building in the city of Al-Bireh, where the freed prisoner Mohammed Zghoul was arrested during the storming of the village of Dora Al-Qar' north of the governorate.

The governorate of Hebron also witnessed the incursion of the town of Beit Ummar north of the city, with roads being closed using earth mounds by a military bulldozer. In Qalqilya, the occupation forces raided the town of Habla south of the governorate and arrested the brothers Sami and Hani Jumaa and their sister after raiding the family home, in addition to raiding the town of Izun east of the city.

In Tulkarem, the forces stormed the town of Anabta east of the city, while they raided the city of Tubas in the northern West Bank, as part of ongoing incursion operations taking place daily in various areas of the West Bank, which include wide-scale arrests and raids.
