Mustafa Calls on Citizens for Broad Participation in the Electoral Process
SadaNews - On Saturday, Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Mustafa inspected the central police operations room in Ramallah, which supervises and follows up on the electoral process in the governorates of the homeland, in the presence of the governor of Ramallah and Al-Bireh, Leila Ghannam, and the Director General of Police, Major General Alam Al-Saqa.
The Prime Minister praised President Mahmoud Abbas for his insistence on conducting municipal elections as the first phase in the program to renew the democratic process despite all challenges, calling on citizens for broader participation.
Mustafa expressed his happiness with the participation of the people of Deir al-Balah in the electoral process and his confidence that all Palestinians in all governorates of the homeland, especially in Gaza Strip and Jerusalem, will participate in the upcoming elections.
The Prime Minister thanked all national institutions working to ensure the success of the electoral process, especially the security forces and police for their efforts in monitoring and securing a suitable environment for the successful democratic process using the best advanced means, as well as the efforts of the Central Elections Commission and its staff along with various partner national institutions.
