Occupation Authorities Resume House Demolitions in Al-Sar Village in the Negev
SadaNews - Israeli authorities demolished the homes of several residents of the unrecognized village of Al-Sar in the Negev, south of the territories of 1948, this morning Sunday, with the protection of police forces and special units, under the pretext of unlicensed construction.
The Israeli authorities had previously demolished about 320 houses out of 350 in December 2025, leaving hundreds of families homeless, living in harsh conditions amid flooded tents, a lack of electricity, and infrastructure in the village.
Reports indicate that Israeli authorities have resumed house demolition operations in the village, where dozens of homes have been demolished in various stages, including the demolition of about 40 homes in one campaign, amid a heavy police presence and the use of force against residents.
