Awqaf: The Occupation Places a Curtain with Talmudic Phrases at the Shrine of Prophet Jacob (Peace Be Upon Him)

SadaNews - The Palestinian Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs stated that upon entering the muezzin's room to call the noon prayer in the sanctuary, it became clear that the occupation forces had placed a new curtain of navy blue color inscribed with Talmudic phrases in Hebrew at the shrine of Prophet Jacob (Peace Be Upon Him).

The Awqaf confirmed that this act constitutes a blatant and serious violation of the sanctity of the sanctuary, the shrines of the prophets, and an affront to the feelings of Muslims, as well as a change to the landmarks, sanctity, history, and Islamic identity of this place.
