Elderly Woman Dies of a Heart Attack During Occupation Forces' Raid on Her Home in Eastern Qalqilya
SadaNews - An elderly woman, Sabriyya Amin Shamasneh (68 years old), died early Tuesday morning due to a heart attack she suffered during a raid by occupation forces on her home in the town of Jayyous, east of Qalqilya.
Medical sources reported that Shamasneh suffered a sudden heart attack while occupation forces were storming her home, and she was transported to Darwish Nazzal Government Hospital in Qalqilya city, where her death was later announced.
In details, local sources mentioned that occupation forces stormed the town around 2 a.m. from its eastern entrance and raided several homes, including that of her husband, citizen Walid Mustafa Shamasneh.
The sources added that the occupation forces stormed the yard of the house and attempted to force their way in, which caused panic among the residents. The elderly woman was taken by surprise upon seeing the soldiers at the door and experienced severe shock and fear due to the shouting, before she collapsed and suffered a heart attack that claimed her life.
This incident comes amid a series of reported deaths among citizens during raids on their homes recently, highlighting the dangers of these incursions and the state of panic and fear they instill among the population.
