Abu Rudainah Warns of the Dangers of Continuing War on Gaza and Escalating Settler Attacks in the West Bank

SadaNews – The official spokesman for the presidency, Nabil Abu Rudainah, warned today, Saturday, of the dangers posed by the ongoing war on the Gaza Strip and the escalation of settler attacks in the West Bank, emphasizing that the continuation of these dangerous Israeli policies will render all wars in the region futile.

He pointed out that since the announcement of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, occupation forces have killed 694 Palestinians, in addition to failing to allow humanitarian aid into the region, exacerbating the humanitarian catastrophe faced by our people, in blatant violation of UN Security Council Resolution 2803 and the plan of U.S. President Donald Trump.

Abu Rudainah stated that the West Bank is witnessing a dangerous escalation by occupation forces through continued settler assaults, which occur under the protection of the occupation army, exploiting the critical conditions in the region.

The official spokesman for the presidency confirmed that these irresponsible actions will bring neither security nor stability to anyone, and that all the wars waged in the region will remain futile as long as the Palestinian issue is unresolved in accordance with international legitimacy, international law, and the Arab Peace Initiative.

Abu Rudainah called on the international community and the U.S. administration to compel the occupying state to halt its war against the Palestinian people, to commit to sustaining the ceasefire, to allow the entry of aid, and to stop settler assaults, if they are truly serious about achieving security and stability in the region and preventing more useless wars.
