Iraqi: Negotiations with Washington "Are No Longer on the Table"
SadaNews - Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi stated on Tuesday that his country is prepared to continue the missile attacks "as long as necessary," emphasizing that the diplomatic route with the United States has come to an end.
Araqchi ruled out any conversations following U.S. President Donald Trump's remark that the war with Iran would end "soon."
Araqchi told U.S. PBS News: "We are ready to continue missile strikes against them as long as necessary and whenever necessary."
The Iranian Foreign Minister noted that negotiations with the United States "are no longer on the table" in Tehran.
Araqchi had previously rejected calls for a ceasefire in the Middle East on Sunday, insisting that his country will continue to fight.
In an interview with U.S. NBC network, Araqchi stated: "We need to continue fighting for our people and our security."
He added that the United States and Israel are "killing our people and attacking hospitals and students," considering that the new calls for a ceasefire are unacceptable.
