Organization of Islamic Cooperation condemns and warns against the continued closure of Al-Aqsa Mosque by the Israeli occupation
SadaNews - The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation strongly condemned the continued closure of Al-Aqsa Mosque by the Israeli occupation authorities, preventing worshippers from accessing it for the eighth consecutive day, considering this a blatant violation of the sanctity of holy places and the right to freedom of worship, and a provocation of the feelings of Muslims worldwide.
The General Secretariat also warned that the continuation of these systematic violations and assaults committed by the Israeli occupation authorities against the occupied city of Jerusalem and its sanctities could fuel a cycle of violence and tension, destabilizing the region.
