Emergency Ministerial Meeting of the Executive Committee of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Regarding Israel's Illegal Decisions

SadaNews - The Organization of Islamic Cooperation, at the request of the State of Palestine, is holding an emergency meeting of the open-ended Executive Committee at the level of foreign ministers to discuss the illegal decisions of the Israeli occupation aimed at enhancing settlement expansion and annexation, and attempting to impose the alleged Israeli sovereignty over the occupied West Bank. This meeting will take place on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at the headquarters of the organization's General Secretariat in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This meeting aims to coordinate positions and discuss ways to counter these invalid decisions and actions taken by the Israeli occupation authorities, the latest of which is the decision to initiate procedures for the settlement of lands in the occupied West Bank under the name "State Property," within the framework of their illegal plans aimed at changing the legal, political, and demographic status of the occupied Palestinian land, and undermining the two-state solution.
