Attacks by Settlers in the West Bank and Occupied Jerusalem
SadaNews - This morning, Saturday, settlers vandalized the tires of more than 10 trucks and vehicles belonging to Jerusalemite citizens in the town of Sur Baher, south of occupied Jerusalem.
The Jerusalem Governorate stated in a press release that a number of settlers proceeded to damage the trucks and vehicles after attacking them, deflating their tires, and causing material damage to the properties of the Jerusalemites.
These attacks come in the context of escalating assaults by settlers on the properties of Jerusalemites in the neighborhoods and towns of occupied Jerusalem.
Meanwhile, settlers have started to fence off Palestinian lands in the eastern plain of the town of Al-Mughayer, northeast of Ramallah, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.
Local sources reported that a number of armed settlers stormed the eastern area of the town, brought their livestock into the citizens' lands, and grazed them there before starting to fence off portions of it, in a move aimed at imposing a new reality on the ground.
The same sources added that the occupation forces were present in the vicinity of the area and provided protection to the settlers during their attack.
