Zamir: Any Violation Will Be Met with a Response That Strips the "Enemy" of Its Capabilities
Sada News Translation - Israeli Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir said: "We are on high alert to transition from defense to offense. Any violation will be met with a response that strips the 'enemy' of its capabilities."
Zamir added during a field tour in Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, according to Sada News's translation, "We will not abandon the goal of the war - which is the complete disarmament of the Gaza Strip and the disarmament of Hamas."
He continued, "We are operating according to the directives of the political leadership while maintaining decisive military plans and readiness to take offensive action when necessary."
He stated, "There is no immunity for terrorism. What applies to Gaza applies to all other fronts. We will remain focused and continue to eliminate threats with determination and resolve."
