After the Doha Meeting.. Al-Qassam Declares Its Solidarity with Iran

SadaNews - Abu Obaida, the military spokesperson for the Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, announced the Brigades' and Palestinians' solidarity with Iran, its leadership, government, and people. Abu Obaida stated in a tweet that any aggression against Iran and its people is considered aggression against the Islamic nation, an unlawful transgression against the sovereignty of a resistant Islamic state, and unacceptable thuggery aimed at interfering in its internal affairs and attempting to impose facts on the ground through brute force. He added: "We express our confidence in the determination and resilience of the Iranian armed forces and the Revolutionary Guard, who have taught the Zionist enemy lessons during the 'Promised Day 3' battle in June 2025, and they are capable, with God's help, of repelling the aggression and exercising their natural and legitimate right to self-defense and delivering harsh blows to the aggressors." He said. He affirmed that "the threats facing the Islamic Republic today, along with previous aggressions and blockades, are a desperate attempt for revenge against its great people and its resistant leadership, due to its steadfast support for our Palestinian people and its direct and declared support for their valiant resistance. This resistance has managed, thanks to God and the support of the nation’s free people, to achieve legendary resilience in the 'Al-Aqsa Flood' battle and to break the prestige of the Zionist enemy and to thwart all its declared objectives." He said. Abu Obaida's statements come hours after a meeting held in Doha between Hamas leadership and Iranian Supreme Council Secretary General Ali Larijani.
