Iranian President: Talks with Washington are a "Step Forward" and We Reject the Language of Pressure
SadaNews - Iranian President Masoud Bezhkian stated on Sunday that the discussions held between Iran and the United States represented a "step forward", emphasizing that dialogue is the strategic option for Tehran in addressing outstanding issues.
Bezhkian added that "dialogue has always been our approach to resolving issues through peaceful means", noting that his country's stance on the nuclear file is based on "the rights stipulated in the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons".
The Iranian president stressed, in a statement posted on his official account on "X", that the Iranian people "do not accept the language of coercion or threat".
