Saudi Arabia Emphasizes Ensuring Institutional and Geographical Link between Gaza and the West Bank

The Chargé d'Affaires at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Manal Radwan, during her participation in the eighth meeting of the Global Coalition for the Two-State Solution held in the Irish capital Dublin, under the auspices of the Irish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, with wide participation from member states and international partners, stated that the current phase requires intensifying diplomatic efforts, dialogue, and joint action to prevent deviation from the foundational goals of ending the conflict and achieving peace, emphasizing the necessity of supporting the Palestinian National Authority, building its institutional capacities, and ensuring the institutional and geographical link between Gaza and the West Bank in a manner that preserves the unity of Palestinian territory.

Dr. Manal Radwan, in a speech delivered during the conference, affirmed that the Global Coalition represents a unique international platform to align peace pathways and ensure their coherence and effectiveness in supporting the political solution.

She praised the pivotal role of the United States and the efforts led by President Donald Trump, affirming that coordination with the United States to implement the comprehensive peace plan constitutes a real opportunity to end the conflict and transition to a phase of regional integration and sustainable stability.

Dr. Manal Radwan explained that the Irish experience in peacebuilding proves that complex conflicts are solvable when peace processes are linked to a holistic path, a clear political horizon, and a rejection of violence while promoting dialogue and building trust.

She reiterated the warning against the seriousness of the violations committed by the Israeli occupation forces, which continue against the ceasefire agreement, stressing the importance of the New York Declaration, the comprehensive peace plan, and UN Security Council Resolution 2803, which constitutes a comprehensive and compatible framework in its objectives.
