Military Coordination Between the US and Israel in Anticipation of a Possible Strike on Iran
SadaNews - The commander of the US Central Command, "CENTCOM", Brad Cooper, and the Chief of Staff of the Israeli occupation army, Eyal Zamir, discussed defense coordination between the two sides in the event that the United States launches an attack on Iran, which could lead to ballistic missiles being fired at Israel.
An informed Israeli source stated that Brad Cooper had a conversation with Zamir regarding preparations for this scenario, but noted that it is unclear what decision US President Donald Trump will make regarding an attack on Iran.
For its part, the US Central Command announced that it will conduct exercises lasting several days to demonstrate its ability to deploy, distribute, and support its air forces in the region.
This comes after meetings between CENTCOM commander Brad Cooper in Israel, where Channel 14 reported that there was no specific timeline established for the attack on Iran, pending the green light from US President Donald Trump.
The Israeli channel indicated that Washington seeks what it described as a clean, swift, and low-cost operation against Iran, and there is a willingness to change the regime, emphasizing readiness to carry out an immediate attack against Iran if necessary.
